Our Shipment Prices

Due to the Coronavirus - COVID-19 Global Pandemic, all of our shipment agencies are increasing their shipment pricing, due to temporarily limited labor.

What this means for you, is that we will be charging $5.00 for shipment, per order. All coupons are still available for use at this time, so you are still able to reduce your order's cost by up to $10.

Is my order still Arriving? Can I speed it up?

If you have placed an order in May, 2020 - before shipment prices were increased, please rest assured that your order has been produced and processed; however it is in queue until we are able to ship for free again.


If you would like to increase your shipment past queue, you can do so by contacting us here with your order number, and $5.00 to cover shipping.

Delivery Transit Delays

As a result of the Global pandemic, we would like for you to know that delivery timing may take a bit longer than usual; This is a result of global limited shipment and delivery labor.

Delivery timing varies by each country; if you would like to know an estimate time of arrival for your country, please contact your country's customs agency, or feel free to contact us here.

Should I Cancel my Order?

Please note that because we are still processing, and shipping orders for all of our customers, all orders are final, thus, non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Items at Kashisekai are hand-crafted on demand. Due to this factor, returns are not accepted, however 

if your item contains faults (Holes, Mis-threadings, etc.) contact us, and we will send you a replacement item in hopes of 100% customer satisfaction!
